Small bubbles in glass.  Also embossed in small letters near bottom: 2 FL.OZ.

The Penslar Chemical Company of Detroit, MI (USA) produced this product. The company operated from 1907-1965. The company also had a plant in Walkerville, Ontario, Canada.

It appears they made a variety of toiletries, salves, creams and pills.
