The Federal Law message pretty much dates the bottle.
The trade mark seems to be a sailing ship with something over it that looks something like an ax.
To give a better idea of the coloring here is another photo.
The bottom shows the I in diamond/circle trademark along with the number 65 on the left and 44 on the right. Those would be decent numbers for the date range although I haven't been able to narrow it down with certainty. Either of those numbers would be reasonable date codes from what I've learned.
