Horizontal on base – WF&S MIL with number (ca. 1913-1921) Our sample contained only a few of these, all with crown finishes – although Mobley claimed that one example had a “molded” crown finish (Figure 13). The older date in our range (ca. 1913-1921) is there solely because of the Mobley example.
